Cranberry Brie Puff Pastry (Printable)

01 - 1 package frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed

→ Cheese

02 - 6 ounces brie cheese, cut into thin strips

→ Fruit Spread

03 - 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

→ Egg Wash

04 - 1 large egg, beaten

→ Toppings

05 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# How-To:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheets onto a lightly floured surface. Cut each sheet into 10 equal strips.
03 - Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce along the center of half of the pastry strips. Place a strip of brie on top of the cranberry sauce.
04 - Place the remaining pastry strips on top to sandwich the filling. Press edges gently to seal and twist each filled strip several times.
05 - Brush each twist lightly with beaten egg. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
06 - Transfer twists to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 16–18 minutes or until golden and puffed.
07 - Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
