01 - 6 large celery stalks, ends trimmed and cut into 4-inch sticks

02 - 12 beef, turkey, or pork meat sticks, approximately 4 inches each (e.g., Slim Jim or similar)
→ Dips (optional)
03 - 120 ml ranch dressing
04 - 120 ml honey mustard
05 - 120 ml hummus
# How-To:
01 - Place a large round wooden serving board or platter flat on your work surface.
02 - Place a small bowl containing your chosen dip in the center of the board, if using.
03 - Lay celery sticks radiating outward from the center bowl to form spokes covering half the board.
04 - Fill the spaces between the celery spokes with meat sticks, alternating to create a wheel-like pattern.
05 - Present the platter immediately, allowing guests to grab and dip the spokes as desired.
