# What You’ll Need:
→ Coffee Jelly
01 - 2 cups brewed strong coffee, hot
02 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder
04 - 2 tablespoons cold water
→ Sweet Cream
05 - 1 cup whole milk
06 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
07 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
08 - Ice cubes, as needed
# How-To:
01 - Sprinkle gelatin powder over cold water in a small bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes until the gelatin absorbs the water and becomes bloomed.
02 - Stir granulated sugar into the hot brewed coffee until completely dissolved. Ensure the coffee remains hot to properly activate the gelatin.
03 - Add the bloomed gelatin to the sweetened hot coffee. Stir continuously until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
04 - Pour the coffee mixture into a shallow dish or small baking pan. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1.5 hours until completely set and firm.
05 - Remove the set coffee jelly from the refrigerator. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes using a sharp knife. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
06 - In a pitcher, combine whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream. Whisk thoroughly until all components are fully blended and smooth.
07 - Fill serving glasses with coffee jelly cubes and add a few ice cubes. Pour the sweet cream mixture over the jelly cubes, filling the glasses.
08 - Serve immediately with a wide straw or spoon. Stir gently before drinking to combine the jelly cubes with the creamy milk mixture.
