# How-To:
01 - Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to remove lumps.
02 - Add hot water to the matcha and whisk until smooth and frothy using a bamboo whisk or milk frother.
03 - Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming but not boiling; stir in maple syrup or honey and peppermint extract.
04 - Froth the milk using a frother or whisk vigorously until it becomes foamy.
05 - Divide the matcha mixture between two mugs, then pour the hot, frothed peppermint milk over the matcha.
