01 - Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large serving platter.
02 - Distribute the shredded rotisserie chicken over the chips, then sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese on top.
03 - Place the platter under a broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
04 - Remove from heat and spoon dollops of guacamole over the warm chicken and cheese.
05 - Present the snack plate while warm. Optionally garnish with cilantro or sliced jalapeños.
